Can i enroll my child on a casual basis?-
Absolutely! we understand many families work shift work, have split custody or just need some child free time every now and then. You can enroll as casual and let us know when you need care . once your child/ren is enrolled on AimyPlus making bookings is very easy! simply log in to your Aimyplus personal dahboard and select make a booking on the left hand side of the screen.
What do i need to pack for my Child on Holiday programme days?
- On In centre days they will need a packed lunch (we provide morning and afternoon tea), a change of clothes, drink bottle (water only please) and shoes. Trip days require a full packed lunch and morning and afternoon tea, a change of clothes, water bottle, shoes and a sunhat. some trip days kids can also bring spending money but it is not a requirement- we will inform parents on these days.
If my Child is sick and unable to attend, will i still be charged?-
Unfortunately we do still need to charge normal fees if your child is absent for any reason (including illness) with less than three days notice.
What happens if i don't inform you of my child's absence?
- Child safety is extremely important to us, if we arrive at your child's school to collect them for After School care and they are not there, that causes our staff a great deal of stress as we are worried for their safety. our first option is always to check at the office to make sure they were at school that day, then we contact the first primary contact (parent or caregiver) we do not leave until we know they are safe, this can take time and when our staff have, at times, a strict pickup schedule that can put even more unnecessary stress on them. This is why we charge a $10 penalty fee on top of the standard daily fees if this happens.
